The Georgia Limousine Association (GLA), is a non-profit organization comprised of limousine operators, affiliate and vendor members. The GLA represents the finest limousine operators in Atlanta metro area, who are dedicated to promoting quality service and adhere to the highest standards in the ground transportation industry. The member companies are licensed operators of executive sedans, vans, stretch limousines, minibuses and coaches. It is the intention of the GLA to provide educational and legislative assistance to its members and to act as a liaison for its members with the many regulatory agencies. The GLA provides a forum for member companies to exchange ideas, expertise in customer service, employee hiring and other industry related matters

Urgent Industry Information Section

DDS has received notification from the GBI and GAPS (Georgia Applicant Processing System) that their electronic fingerprinting system will experience huge delays from April 28 until May 18.  This delay will drastically impact the time it takes for us to process Chauffeur Permits.  Therefore, if you have prospective chauffeurs applicants, please have them submit their DDS Chauffeur Permit Application and go through GAPS prior to April 28th.  If they go through GAPS during the April 28th/ May 18th  time frame, the application will remain in a pending state until the GAPS results have been received.

2010 Permits

Hartsfield-Jackson Int'l Airport completed the issuance of 2010 airport permits as of Februray 12, 2010. As of February 22, 2010 citations will be issued for companies that do not have 2010 permits. If you have not received your permits please contact Hartsfield-Jackson.
